Project Management

Using an external project management resource is often the right move - whether your project is one-of-a-kind, like implementing a new e-business system, or one of a series, like installing new base stations in a telecoms network.

A specialist project manager can be available much more quickly than permanent staff recruitment, and will already have experience of similar projects and know most of the wrinkles. The fee rate is fixed from the outset, and at the end of the project there are no problems of re-deployment.

We can provide a wealth of project management expertise particularly in IT, electronics and telecoms. Whether it is managing a fast-track electronics R&D project, relocating and re-equipping a City dealing room, or upgrading the instrumentation at an oil refinery in the Middle East, our network of associates have the right experience to deliver your project on time and within budget.
