Inward investment
Assignment for the Department of Trade and Industry to assist a major inward investor with planning and implementing a £450M expansion of its UK manufacturing operations on a greenfield site, and to arrange a programme to familiarise its senior management with the UK R&D environment.

Business Process Improvement
Completely re-engineered the order fulfilment and service management function for high-value, custom engineered electronic products, with implementation on the client's newly-installed millennium-compliant corporate computer system.

International technology transfer
